Congratulations to Brandt Crabbe for winning Employee of the Month for May, 2015! Every month the 35 employees at The Lobster Trap vote for Employee of the Month. It is an honor to be recognized by the staff for team-work, dedication and talent. We are excited that Brandt has received this recognition. Brandt is a critical member of our team, working in our open kitchen preparing the delicate flavors of our seafood with a smile on his face.
Brandt feels close to the people he works with and considers them a second family. His favorite menu item is the Double Clam Bake and he hopes to have the opportunity to enjoy one in its entirety one day. When he is not at The Lobster Trap, Brandt enjoys anything and everything outdoors. He is learning as many different types of art as he can. He also enjoys hanging out with his Trap friends.
